INDIVIDUAL MENTAL PRACTICE
This practice is based on individual online or face-to-face sessions with athletes. These sessions are focused on the athlete´s needs, it improves the psychological comfort, resistance, balance, confidence, motivation, concentration and positive approach to life.
TEAM MENTAL PRACTICE
The team must work as one, therefore, it is needed to train each piece of a team adequately. Then the overall performance will be the best. Mental practice for teams can improve team cooperation, team and individuals confidence. It can improve the motivation and increase the overall performance of athletes.
COUNSELING FOR PARENTS AND COACHES
Counseling to help parents and coaches of athletes. Find out how to advise better to your child, how to help improve their mental stability, how to motivate and encourage. A parent and a coach have a big impact on an athlete´s positive psychological development.
WORKSHOPS
The workshops are aimed on different topics, either based on your imagination or from my list. Workshops are a great way to introduce mental practice to more listeners at once.
